Originally recorded between 1999 & 2000, HIStory is my interpretation of a soundtrack for different events that took place in the life of Jesus Christ.

Growing up, I listened to a lot of Switched on Bach, Tomita, Jarre, Larry Fast and Synergy and being really fascinated with synthesizers and "electronic orchestral realizations" All of these artist used synths to create these wonderfully orchestrated sound scapes.

I wanted to do the same with this CD twelve years ago as I felt moved to write these tone poems.

I used a Roland XP-80 and a Korg T1 to create all these sounds and a sequencing program called Metro that allowed me to put it all together. All that along with 16 track 2 inch Tascam reel to reel and assorted outboard gear allowed me to record this. The acoustic guitar, lead guitar and some drums were the only "real" instruments recorded on this project. I remastered this CD and offered it up for re-release.

I hope you find it as enjoyable to listen to as I had writing and playing it.
